Third week of phase 1
Week 1 = 65 push ups
Week 2 = 89 push ups
Week 3 = 117 push ups
I almost doubled week one!!! My arms are still jello right now, but I feel much stronger! I was pretty jazzed about 117 push ups today and thought I would share.
