1. Weight 157 (lost 6 pounds)
2. Body Fat 18% (dropped by 6 percentage points)
3. Waist is 33" (Lost 3 inches on my waist)
4. Hips 37 inches (gained 13 inches I am a little skeptical on this one)
5. Left Arm 13.5" (gained 1")
6. Right Arm 14" (gained 2")
8. Left Leg 22" (gained an 1")
9. Right Leg 22.5" (didn't record this on day one)
10. Chest 41" (gained 3")
Overall this is not bad!

Thanks! There is still a lot of work to do!!! I am pretty happy with the results so far. I tried to get mom to download the cd's on her ipad, but she didn't want to... :)
